2011 Video Music Awards red carpet fashion: best dressed, worst dressed and who's wearing what preview

It's PARTY time!!!  The MTV Video Music Awards will air this Sunday night, August 28 at 8 PM ET and we are looking forward to al the red carpet fashion fabs and flubs.  We'll of course bring you all the deets on who's wearing what and who's winning or losing on the red carpet.
