Boutique Mix Fashion style fav, Sandra Bullock is moving on!! According to an exclusive interview with PEOPLE Magazine, Sandra has adopted a 3½-month-old boy, Louis Bardo Bullock, born in New Orleans. Sandra tells the magazine, "[h]e's just perfect, I can't even describe him any other way." She also reveals that she's filed for divorce.
