It's not earth shattering, but its a cute chic look for work. From the courtroom to happy hour, this look definitely works for us.We are loving Rachel Bilson's simple, elegant and chic Preen Resort 2012 sheath dress. The 'Hart of Dixie' starlet accesorized with suede heels and a classic Chanel purse. We're digging the subtle pop of color with the yellow floral collar.
