These were just the past month and half. Are we becoming more racially, ethnically, and religiously insensitive in this country? What's going on?

It does seem like a surge in incidents of overt racism. But is it a surge or is it that the media is actually covering the stories--or black Americans are demanding some coverage of the stories. I don't know.
